Dear Beddington Heights Families,
I have a couple things to share after this short week:
Winter Clothing
As the weather continues to get colder, please ensure your child is coming to school with appropriate winter clothing each day, including warm coats, hats, mittens, and winter boots. If your family requires support with accessing winter boots or coats, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Tipper at rjtipper@cbe.ab.ca. We are happy to help ensure all students stay warm and safe.
Parent Teacher Interviews | November 27 & 28
Please see the chart below for information on Parent Teacher Interviews coming up in two weeks.
Families are required to book a time for their interview through their MyCBE account where you can select Book and Manage Meeting Times. More information on how to book an appointment can be found here.
Families requiring an interpreter will be contacted by one at their appointment time to assist in the communication during the meeting.

Fee Waivers
At Beddington Heights School, we are committed to ensuring that every student can participate in all school activities, regardless of financial circumstances.
If you are having difficulty paying school fees, we offer fee waivers to assist you.
Central Fee Waiver
Central fees include lunch supervision, transportation, student supplies, and music instrument rental fees.
To apply for a central fee waiver, please submit your application through your MyCBE account. For details on eligibility and required documents, visit our website.
School Fee Waiver
School fees cover course fees, activities, and field trips.
Starting this year, you must first apply for a Central Fee Waiver to be considered for a school-based fee waiver. This application will be part of the review process for waiving school-based fees.
To begin the application process for a fee waiver, click the link below and follow the instructions for the central fee waiver. This will provide us with information about the economic or other barriers your family is facing.
Once you receive an email confirming the completion of the central review, please contact the school office to discuss the school fees you are requesting to be waived.
We understand that affordability can be a challenge, and we are dedicated to providing every student with a high-quality education, regardless of their family’s ability to pay fees.
If you have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me at the school.
Take care,
Steve Ross
Principal
