Dear Beddington Heights Families,

I hope everyone is doing well and adjusting smoothly to their new routines now that the school year is underway.

I have one item to share with you:

Annual Terry Fox Run at Beddington Heights

Beddington Heights School is once again taking part in the annual Terry Fox Run. It will occur on Friday, September 13, 2024 during school hours.  Please support our school's fundraising efforts to raise much-needed funds for cancer research.  You can donate through the Beddington Heights fundraising link:

While we strongly encourage online donations, we will except any cash donations.  Our goal this year is to raise $1200.00.

If we reach our goal, myself, Mr. Lancee and Mr. Quigley have agreed to have an ice bucket poured over their heads! Please help us to reach our goal!

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office at 403-777-6610.

Take care,

Steve Ross

Principal, Beddington Heights School

Recurring Messages

Beddington Heights Instagram | Please follow us: @beddingtonheightsschoolcbe

Communication – What to expect

Each week, you'll receive two messages from the school:

  • Fridays: Your child’s teacher will send a message with important information specific to their class or grade.
  • Sundays (or Mondays on long weekends): The Principal’s Weekly Update will cover information relevant to the entire school.

We make an effort not to duplicate information in these messages, so it's important to read both the teacher’s message and the Principal’s Weekly Update to stay informed about what's happening at the school.

Hug and Go Zones

Please note that Bermuda Drive and Bermuda Road on the school side of the streets are “Hug and Go” zones from the lamppost (marked with a Hug and Go sign) around the corner and up to the bus zone. If you would like to stay and watch your child until they enter the school, please park somewhere outside of this zone to allow other families to quickly and safely drop their children off for school.
